CHEERLEADING

At Absolute, our teams emphasize fun, combining athleticism, strength, flexibility, and teamwork. In our close-knit environment, athletes develop not only physical skills but also gain confidence, accountability, and mental tenacity, often forming lasting friendships.

All Star Cheer is a high-energy, team-based sport showcasing athleticism, artistry, and acrobatics in a 2 and a 1/2-minute routine. While some skills are individually developed, teamwork is crucial for partner stunts, pyramids, and tosses, requiring synchronization and uniformity.

Distinguished from traditional school cheer, All Star Cheer focuses solely on competition, with teams structured by tiers from Novice to Elite. All Star rules align with skill progressions common in cheer, ensuring developmental appropriateness. Teams are categorized from Level 1 to Level 6, offering a challenging experience for athletes at every level.
