Open Gym:
Take advantage of supervised, open practice time to focus on perfecting skills in jumping, dancing, tumbling, and stunting. Please note, while coaches are present for safety oversight, they will not be providing instruction. Open Gym is ideal for serious practice and skill repetition on gymnastics equipment, air floors, and trampolines. Coaches are on-site to ensure athletes work safely and within their abilities, and may ask participants to modify skills for safety purposes. Open Gym is not a playtime environment; horseplay or recreational games will not be permitted.
Youth Open Gym: Ages 7-15
Adult Open Gym: Ages 16+
Instructed Open Gym:
Spend time in our facility with a self-directed approach to skill development in a supportive environment. An All-Star or tumbling coach is on hand to provide guidance, feedback, and assistance on tumbling, stunting, and fitness techniques. Instructed Gym offers a flexible alternative to structured classes, allowing athletes to focus on the skills they’re passionate about at their own pace, with the reassurance of a coach’s expertise as needed.
Parents Night In:
Parents Night In provides a unique opportunity for families to enjoy time together in the gym, with children showcasing their skills and parents trying out activities on our equipment under the supervision of our qualified staff. Our certified coaches are available to guide parents safely through skills in a structured, progressive manner. IMPORTANT: Parents are welcome to stunt, jump, tumble, and dance with their children, but under no circumstances are they permitted to coach each other or other athletes. Coaching without a valid background check and ICU/BCSC qualifications is strictly prohibited.
