Tumbling Class Evaluations
NEW 3 Star System ⭐️⭐️⭐️
1⭐️ LEARNING: Athlete has just learned the skill, needs coach assistance/spotting
2⭐️ADVANCING: Athlete can perform the skill on their own, but requires repetition
3⭐️ ACHIEVED: Athlete can consistently perform the skill on their own with above satisfactory technique. They are ready to move onto the next progressive skill.
How Athletes Advance: The Coaches will toggle stars and the big green “PASSED” button in athlete accounts indicating when athlete is ready to level up. Although an '“Athlete score” will be present, it will no longer be used to determine advancement!* This will enable certain athletes who are “stuck” on a skill, to continue their tumbling journey while working on lower-level skills. Remember, tumbling progression is not always linear and we want to support our athletes in their athletic development and confidence!
