As part of our commitment to fostering inclusion and honouring the call to action for National Truth and Reconciliation Day, we are proud to offer one full scholarship for an Indigenous athlete to join our tumbling program for an entire year (valued at $1500) . In addition, we will be awarding two $500 bursaries to athletes who meet specific criteria.**

The application process will open on October 15th, 2024, and we encourage all eligible athletes to apply! This is a unique opportunity to be part of our community, where we’ve proudly served the North Shore for 18 years. Applications will close on November 15th, 2024, and successful recipients will be announced at our Showcase Show Off on November 23rd, 2024. 

Application Process:

1. Download the Application Form from our website, available Oct 15th

2. Submit a Personal Statement (500 words or less) explaining why you (or the participant) are passionate about cheer/tumbling and how this scholarship or bursary will impact your journey

3. Provide a Letter of Recommendation from a coach, teacher, or mentor

4. Include Proof of Eligibility, such as proof of Indigenous status for the full scholarship or details relevant to bursary criteria

5. Complete the Application by November 15th, 2024—no late submissions will be considered.
